That’s why I’m passionate about helping people find balance, not just on the yoga mat, but in every part of their life.
As an RYT-500 Certified Yoga Instructor, Trauma-Aware Yoga Teacher, and Holistic Health Coach, I’ve walked the path from feeling exhausted and out of sync to reclaiming my energy, peace of mind, and connection with my body. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
My approach isn’t about quick fixes or following rigid wellness rules. It’s about meeting you where you are—whether that’s through yoga, breathwork, mindset shifts, or simple nutrition changes—and helping you create sustainable, lasting change that actually feels good.

My Story: From Overwhelmed to Aligned
I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure of where to turn. I’ve been there, and I’ve found a way out through yoga, mindfulness, and holistic health practices. Here’s how my journey unfolded and how it shaped the work I do today.
I used to live in go-go-go mode—constantly moving, constantly doing. I didn’t know how to stop, and if I’m honest, I was afraid to. Slowing down felt unfamiliar, even dangerous. I overfunctioned for everyone else while ignoring my own needs, all while feeling like I was drowning under a mountain of to-dos. I longed for peace but couldn’t imagine it was meant for me.

Then one day, while waiting for a meditation class to start, I vented to a wise woman about not having enough time in the day. She simply smiled and said, “Honey, if you need more hours in the day… just meditate.” I looked at her sideways. She nodded gently and said again, “It’s true.” Turns out, she was right.

Around that same time, I had a panic attack that shook me to my core. I woke up in the middle of the night unable to breathe, heart pounding like it had forgotten its rhythm. My body was screaming for help, and I finally listened. That was my turning point.
Yoga had worked well for me in the past, but I hadn’t been consistent. I told myself I was “too busy.” But when I finally committed to regular practice—gentle movement, intentional breath, and moments of stillness—everything changed.
Little by little, the fog lifted. I could think more clearly, feel more deeply, and respond to life with more intention. Breathwork grounded me first. I hadn’t even realized how often I held my breath until someone finally gave me permission—again and again—to exhale. What started as an hour-long escape turned into a lifelong practice.
The real proof? When stress hits now, I don’t spiral. I pause. I check in. Am I nourishing myself? Moving my body? Breathing deeply? Connecting with nature or loved ones? These questions have become my guideposts. My nervous system no longer rules me—I work with it, gently and with compassion.
This transformation has been so profound, I simply can’t keep it to myself. It feels like I’ve uncovered a treasure, and I want so badly for others to know it’s available to them, too.
That’s why I teach. That’s why I coach. Because healing is possible. Peace is possible. And it’s not just for other people—it’s for you, too.
